I just bought a product from SexToysO! When should I expect my delivery?
We process all orders within 2-24 hours on business days. Once your order is processed it is shipped out from the USA warehouse in 24-48 hours.
I want to cancel my order but it has already been processed. What are my options?
Really? Don’t want that awesome Sex Toy? Oh snap! If an order is already processed we unfortunately are unable to cancel it. However, if you send us an email in time we might be able cancel it for you. After all, we love our customers as much as they love us!
How do you ship?
We have partnered up with multiple shipping carriers to get you your products in time and in the most secretive way possible. Shipping confirmation and tracking number is provided to you via email the day your order ships. The cost of shipping is calculated when you check out, it is based on your zip code.
Is the shipping discreet?

We pack your order in non-descript envelopes and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages. We know you don’t want that nosey neighbour or anyone in your family to find out what happens behind those curtains! The only identifying marks are your mailing address and ours. The name “SexToysO!” does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package.
What about Billing? Is that discreet too?
Yes, billing is discreet and private too, our brand name will not show up on your Billing statements.
What is the return and refund policy?
As much as we would love to accept returns and provide refunds, because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange products unless defective and thus all sales are final. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. No one likes a used item! Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Customers are encouraged to check with us for any size related questions before making a purchase.
Once the order is processed and leave the warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Vibrators and Dildos
- Douche/Enema Kits
- Anal toys, Beads and Plugs

- Gags and Ropes
- Lingerie and Men’s Wear
Lubes, massage oils, condoms, and body paints are also not returnable.
Kindly do not send the package back to the address mentioned on the parcel and get in touch with us immediately if you have an issue with your order.
